Link blending is a useful concept, but nowadays Google is giving priority to natural links rather than those links that are made intentionally to have some link juice. Always try to make natural links such as links from social networks, blog comments, reviews, blogs, articles etc. Avoid making reciprocal link building.

putting the links of our sites in the site of others, but need to ensure that the site is having the high PR. so you will get the PR juice.
